Technical discussion belongs in the public repository: opening an issue leaves a trace that helps the next person in the same situation.

For a bug report, include the version printed by difuzio version, the backend in use, the deployment profile, and the log lines around the problem. The difuzio doctor command produces most of that, and the console's About screen offers a copyable report.

Security vulnerability

A vulnerability is not announced in a public issue. Write directly to contact@cap-rel.fr, describing the problem and how to reproduce it. You will get an answer and a remediation timeline.

Support and services

difuzio is free software and you can install it yourself by following the documentation. If you would rather delegate, CAP-REL offers installation and commissioning, migration from an existing engine, hosting and operations, development of specific features, and training for the people who will run the lists.

Write to contact@cap-rel.fr describing your context: number of lists and subscribers, volume sent, the mail server you have, and your deadline. The answer will include the recommended deployment profile and an estimate.
